Tac Granite is one of the largest natural stone suppliers in Southwest Florida. Our extensive inventory consists of over 10,000 granite slabs, marble, quartz, quartzite, and porcelain. The company is looking for a sales rep with great customer service skills to join our team. Tac Granite distributes natural and manufactured slabs to licensed Fabricators and Contractors in Florida. The company is quickly growing and in need of someone with sales experience.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
Duties and Qualifications
- A valid driver's license
- Identify and target potential clients through lead-generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or outside sales environments.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and retail sales techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, granite or other related fields
- Proficient in lead generation methods and strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking), Bi-lingual preferred
