Job Summary: 

The Military Orders Analyst will support the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) G-3/5/7 by reviewing, processing, and analyzing military orders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness. This role requires expertise in military administrative processes, personnel tracking, and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure the timely and correct execution of orders. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze and process military orders, including temporary duty (TDY), mobilization, and deployment orders in accordance with Army regulations. 
  • Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with military policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain and update orders tracking systems and databases, ensuring timely processing and distribution. 
  • Coordinate with personnel offices, command elements, and operational planners to verify and validate orders. 
  • Provide reports and analysis on orders trends, personnel movements, and mission support needs. 
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve orders processing efficiency. 
  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on orders-related issues to military personnel and leadership. 
  • Ensure compliance with DoD and Army personnel policies, regulations, and orders processing guidelines. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3 years of experience in military orders processing, personnel administration, or related military operations support. 
  • Strong knowledge of Army orders systems and processes, including TCS, PCS, TDY, and mobilization orders. 
  • Familiarity with military personnel databases and tracking systems. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with various stakeholders. 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Prior military service or experience working in a military personnel office. 
  • Familiarity with Army Regulation (AR) 600-8-105 (Military Orders) and related policies. 
  • Experience working with human resources or personnel tracking systems such as IPPS-A or DTAS. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 

 

Work Schedule & Travel:  

  • Monday - Friday, core hours: 0900 - 1530 
  • Minimal travel required (up to 10% for coordination meetings or training)
