Customer Service Representative
Tachus Fiber Internet (Tachus LLC), a leading broadband internet provider, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Customer Service Representative. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Care, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for building relationships with our customers in a call center environment by utilizing consultative selling techniques. The ideal candidate should enjoy connecting with people, excel in providing excellent customer service, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while employing consultative selling strategies. In addition, the demonstration of strong teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Tachus objectives will be an important feature of the role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow the Tachus subscriber base through consultative selling techniques in an inbound/outbound call center.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that demands accuracy.
- Use critical thinking while multi-tasking, system swapping, and reaching efficient customer resolutions.
- Maintain a positive environment, in a diverse work culture, with co-workers and customers.
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and tickets.
- Defuse customer escalation issues.
- Troubleshoot customer product issues.
- Complete all administrative expectations on time and as directed.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- The Customer Service Representative should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A history of successfully managing customer relationships, with experience in customer service and sales, and an extremely friendly personality with an ease on the phone and in person
- Proven ability to build value and promote products and services in a persuasive, professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including active listening.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven success using Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce.
- The ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Authorization to work in the United States with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
- Experience with a CRM system.
- Bilingual is a plus.
