Need to have experience on Genesys platform.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Genesys Contact Centre PM to join client's team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

Genesys certification preferred

Proven experience working with Genesys contact centre solutions

Genesys migration and integration working with SME's offshore together with internal stakeholders in multiple geographies

Collaboration with change manager and solution architects

Genesys Network telecom

Call Centre architecture

Telephony experience is needed
