Responsibilities

- Assist with food production and preparation, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
- Utilize Revel POS system for order processing and transaction management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication among staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred, with a focus on bar being advantageous.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
- Experience in training development is a plus, demonstrating the ability to enhance team performance.
- Knowledge of catering operations is beneficial for managing events effectively.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is desirable for roles involving beverage service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff.
