A Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading their team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with store policies while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team members to ensure adherence to service standards.
- Supervise the service of guests, maintaining awareness of signals from guests requiring attention.
- Assist managers in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion.
- Prepare daily communication sheets and review previous shift's reports.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and setup, ensuring tables are clean and properly set.
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written instructions to provide clear direction to staff.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
