Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Plover, WI
A Restaurant Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of our team at Taco Bell - Plover. They should be able to lead their team effectively to achieve their goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to assist in the planning and management of the restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with store policies while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team members to ensure they follow all service standards.
- Supervise the service of guests, being attentive to signals from guests who need assistance.
- Assist the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion.
- Read daily communication sheets from previous shifts and prepare ones for the following shift.
- Inspect the restaurant for cleanliness and set up, as well as check tables for cleanliness and proper setup.
- Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing to provide direction to staff.
- Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
