As a Cashier and Customer Service team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience at our location. You will be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining a clean and organized front of house area, and providing top-notch customer service.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers, POS terminals, and electronic scanners
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, restock items as needed, and answer phone calls
- Greet customers as they enter the location and answer any questions they may have
- Provide top-notch customer service to ensure our guests return
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
- Mathematical skills to make change and give refunds
- Knowledgeable about products and services and customer-related policies at Taco Bell - Jenison
