Restaurant Staff Team Member
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Staff Team Member at Taco Bell - Little Chute in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with management, addressing scheduling issues, customer service problems, and equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines, including personal safety, equipment use, food handling and storage, and cleaning the customer service areas.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by adhering to company cash handling policies and maintaining high standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
- Work collaboratively as a team player to contribute to the team's success and communicate effectively with other Customer Service Representatives.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
