- Monitor team members to ensure they follow all service standards.
- Supervise the service of guests, watching for signals from guests who need service.
- Assist the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion.
- Read daily communication sheets from previous shifts and prepare one for the following shift.
- Check the restaurant for cleanliness and set up. Check tables for cleanliness and proper set up.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
