- Assist the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion.
- Read daily communication sheets from previous shifts and prepare one for the following shift.
- Check the restaurant for cleanliness and set up tables properly.
- Communicate clearly with staff through verbal and written instructions.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned.
