Shift Manager
We are currently looking for Shift Managers for one of our locations in the Tampa or Brandon area. You will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed, and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include ensuring Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
Restaurant Assistant General Manager
The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will play a key role in the operation of our restaurants. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
