About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at PRB Management, LLC, a franchisee of Taco Bell. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure compliance with Brand standards, Company policies & procedures, and Government rules & regulations.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a passion to learn, to teach, and to help others grow their skills and careers.
- Learn and execute in the areas of Revenue Growth, Financial Control, Human Resources, Customer Relations, Marketing, Facilities Maintenance, Technology, and Administrative Duties.
Qualifications:
- Energetic with a positive outlook.
- Aptitude to learn in this ever-changing business environment.
- High school diploma (College degree is a plus).
- Previous qualified management experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Computer and technology understanding.
