We are currently hiring one bartender for a fast-paced restaurant and bar; experience is not required but is appreciated. Weekend lunch and dinner shifts are required; weekday lunch and dinner shifts are also available and may be required. We are searching for a person who is willing to work hard and learn new skills, who can identify guests' preferences, who is friendly and outgoing, and willing to gain experience in all aspects of restaurant service. Candidates should have the "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn quickly about general service, tequila selection, wine, beer, cocktails, and the cuisine offered.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with information on the food menu.
- Provide guests with in-depth information of the beer, wine and cocktail selection offered.
- Serve food and drinks to guests.
- Take or have alcohol training and become familiar with state and in house policies to responsibly sell and serve drinks on-site.
- Collect payment for food and drinks.
- Make cocktails, beer and wine for all the tables in the restaurant.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Must have the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
