```Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, reading blueprints, estimating costs, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Estimate project costs and develop budgets
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor construction progress and quality of work
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Utilize project management software such as Spectrum, Prolog or Bluebeam to track project progress
Skills: Must have Commercial Roofing Experience
- Strong project coordination skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Solid understanding of construction management principles
- Proven experience in project management from initiation to completion
- Familiarity with software such as Prolog or Bluebeam for project tracking
- Ability to analyze schematics and identify potential issues or conflicts
