Position Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator with experience in Procore to support our project management team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in organization, communication, and problem-solving. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring our construction projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, ASIs, change orders, meeting minutes, closeouts, and more.
- Utilize Procore for document management, project tracking, and communication.
- Obtain detailed knowledge of contracts, drawings, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure they have the necessary information for upcoming tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist in budget tracking, procurement of materials, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial construction industry required.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business preferred.
- Experience with construction contract review.
- Knowledge of Sage 300 and MS Project.

Job Details:
- Full-Time Position, Monday through Friday
- Competitive pay based on experience ranging from $35 to $45 per hour
