Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
- Oversee site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with homeowners, designers, architects, and office administration to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilize expertise in construction documents, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
- Generate comprehensive project breakdowns (scope of work) and demonstrate proficiency in interpreting construction documents and architectural drawings.
- Exhibit excellent supervision, management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Showcase computer literacy by generating reports and spreadsheets to effectively track project progress.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- Proficiency in ProCore, Adobe, MS Project, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with construction documents and architectural drawings.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
