JOB DESCRIPTION: Recruitment and Marketing Representative will assist with research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization, supporting facilities in their recruitment efforts and engagement/retention initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Utilize ATS (applicant tracking software) for organizational recruiting efforts, reviewing applicant information and managing open requisitions.
- Process new hires
- Recruit nurses via indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and external job fairs, schools or other community events.
- Complete necessary new hire procedures including entering requisitions, and responding to applicants and scheduling interviews.
- Travel is required for this position. Including but not limited to all three facilities, colleges and universities, job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities
