Job Description:
As an RN, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintain accurate patient records, and contribute to a positive care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Educate residents and families on care plans and health management.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in care.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and patient care standards.
