Key Responsibilities:
Taconic Nursing & Rehab Ulster is seeking a detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to manage the resident admission process, coordinate with families and referral sources, verify insurance, and ensure smooth transitions.
Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to resident placement
✔️ Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents, families, and referral sources
✔️ Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and financial teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
✔️ Verify insurance coverage and assist with financial paperwork
✔️ Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
✔️ Conduct facility tours and provide information about our services and care programs

Taconic Nursing & Rehab Ulster Pay Range $24/hour ro $26/hour
