Admissions Concierge/ Central Supply Clerk
Shift: Part-Time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Admissions Concierge welcomes new residents and their families into the facility and makes daily rounds to discuss resident concerns or issues. Ensure all subacute rehabilitation rooms are properly cleaned and maintained, and beds are made and ready for new admission.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the completion of admissions paperwork
- Organize and coordinate meetings
- Answer and direct calls, take messages and make phone calls on behalf of the company
- Use office equipment to check emails, send faxes, make copies, type documents, and correspondences
- Update and maintain databases
- Complete assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be punctual, reliable, and flexible
- Must be able to work in close cooperation with others as well as independently
- Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and compassion
