We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations at one of our key locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of security protocols and procedures. This is a salaried position that requires the flexibility and commitment to be available 24/7 to address any urgent issues or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Security Staff:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of security officers.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

2. Site Operations Oversight:

• Coordinate and oversee all security operations at the assigned site, including patrols, surveillance, and access control.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safety and security compliance.

3. Incident Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for emergencies, security breaches, and disturbances.
• Respond promptly, manage the situation, and ensure proper escalation and resolution in alignment with protocols.

4. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
• Provide consistent, professional, and responsive service to maintain trust and satisfaction.

5. Reporting:

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site activities, incidents, and staffing updates.
• Document all significant events with detailed and accurate records.

6. Policy Enforcement and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to company and site-specific policies, as well as health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance and recommend corrective measures.

7. Scheduling and Staffing:

• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Quickly address and resolve staffing gaps due to absences or emergencies.

8. Training and Development:

• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the security team to enhance performance and maintain high standards.
• Keep the team informed of new procedures, policies, and best practices.

9. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

• Conduct routine risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop and propose improvements to strengthen site security protocols.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in security services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security-related certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are highly preferred.

Skills:

• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, decisive, and resourceful under pressure.
• Proficiency in using modern security systems, monitoring tools, and technology.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:

• Valid Florida Class D security license.
• Valid Florida Class G security license.
• Current and valid FL driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensive distances, and respond quickly to emergencies.
