What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production operator position at TAD PGS, Inc?
Verify previous operation and own work completed per engineering drawings, planning and other work instructions (Operational Method Sheet, Visual Work Instructions, Manufacturing Instructions, PS Workmanship Standards)2.
Complete basic operations using all required manufacturing documentation.3. Correctly store, clean and maintain tools, equipment and chemicals;
verify calibration dates and seals.4. Complete paperwork required for each part accurately & legibly.5. Perform minor rework per Std.
Rework Procedures., QHT Instructions, or rework router. 6. Proficient using Winterm / Connect to access documents and check revisions.
7. Assist in training / cross-training of others.8. Proficient using QHT Workflow9. Participate in Continuous Improvement Process.
10. Work with minimal supervision. 11.
