We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Radar Systems Engineer for Defense programs. The Radar Systems Engineer will develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements, collaborate with customers and analyze and translate requirements system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications. Key Responsibilities : Performs, normally as a lead of a development, sustainment, or operations and maintenance team, a range of design, development, analysis, or review tasks on more complex radar engineering assignmentsPlans, oversees and supports various radar engineering tasks, including Control, Microwave Engineering, Antenna Theory, Signal Processing, Communications, and Computer Engineering.Researches, designs, develops, manufactures, tests, installs, integrates, sustains, operates, and maintains diverse software, electronic, and / or mechanical equipment and systemsDevelops and documents complex electronic and electrical system requirements, working with customers; and analyzes and translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specificationsCoordinates and works closely with other engineering, logistics, financial, and program management disciplines to define system specifications and requirementsWrites and manages system and software requirements according to customer specifications; develops, maintains, and produces technical documentation and system specifications, conforming to company engineering standards and contract requirements; and verifies and complies with engineering documentation standards and test proceduresResearch technology advances for potential application to company business needs, and makes recommendations for technology investmentsPrepares, delivers, and submits technical papers and performs engineering studies. Supports development of technical proposals and provides comments on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work. Generates complete design specifications, analyses, and design reviews for more complex projects; and leads work to test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.Required Qualifications : BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a similar field and 10 years of related experience in radar system design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysis OR MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a similar field and 7 years of related experience in radar system design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysisExperience in writing technical reports, creating technical drawings, requirements documentation, system developmental schedules, and performance specifications, and in presenting to management and customersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; strong interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong written, and oral communication skillsExperience / Expertise in traditional Systems Engineering processes, including requirements analysis, architecture development, trade studies, and risk managementPreferred Qualifications : Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architecturesExperience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environmentsExperience in conducting technical training and mentoring in workplace environment Experience in performing analysis and algorithm development using MATLAB, C / C , or Python What We Offer : -Competitive salary and benefits package.-Opportunity to work on innovative, cutting-edge radar technologies for , international work environment with collaboration across cultures and geographies.-Professional development and career growth in the defense and aerospace industry.If you are a seasoned radar systems engineer with a passion for defense technology and international collaboration, we encourage you to apply.
