Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersAct as the primary point of contact for designated client accountsProvide product recommendations and pricing quotesManage product offerings to optimize profitabilityDevelop and maintain accurate sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)Collaborate with supply chain, production, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillmentProactively address customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction and retentionIdentify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential growth areasPrepare and execute an annual Business Plan for the product lineStay ahead of industry trends and customer needs to drive innovation and market expansionProvide regular reporting on account activity, sales forecasts, and growth initiativesIssue required documentation for customer requests, product changes, and sample ordersBasic Hiring Criteria :
Bachelor's degree (Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred)Minimum 5 years in Product or Account Management, preferably in man-made fiber extrusion or nylon engineered polymers salesBackground in functional and specialty fabrics within the textile industry is highly preferredStrong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilitiesResults-driven with excellent negotiation skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and forecasting capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteAbility to travel up to 50% (including some overnight travel)Job Requirements
