What are the responsibilities and job description for the Designated Coordinator position at Tadd's Lighthouse Inc?

As a Designated Coordinator, you will assist individuals creating plans for success and help staff build relationships for growth to occur. You bring you, and we will make sure your time and energy is put to good use. You will oversee the Program Coordinators and Direct Support Staff of the home as well as the day to day operations.
Preferred qualifications – a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and at least 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons 65 years of age and older. 1 year of 245D DC experience preferred.
Other requirements – must pass DHS background study, must possess valid drivers license with acceptable driving record, must be willing to use personal automobile for company business
