What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for our sales team
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, clean up data, and re-engage past opportunities
Handle client questions and provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Work in systems like Acculynx, Hatch, Excel, and Outlook to manage lead flow and communications
Collaborate with a high-energy team using Microsoft Teams and joint email inboxes
Grow into sales through upselling services
What We're Looking For:
Florida residents only (remote work available within the state)
Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated individuals who love helping people
Comfortable handling calls from all types of customers
Team players who thrive in a collaborative, upbeat environment
Bonus if you've worked with CRM systems like Acculynx or Hatch before, but not required
