Location: Remote (MUST live in Seattle, Washington, or Oregon )

Role Overview:


The Clinical Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing clinical and technical support during medical procedures to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of TaeWoong Medical devices. This position requires an energetic, well-spoken individual who is eager to support the sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key team member, the Clinical Specialist will be deeply engaged in building strong clinical relationships, providing case observations, and addressing technical inquiries. The role also involves assisting with various sales and clinical initiatives, including CRM management and active participation in sales projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the assigned sales team to support sales efforts, ensuring product adoption and successful implementation of TaeWoong devices in clinical settings.
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide hands-on clinical support to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare staff, to ensure the effective use of medical devices during procedures.
  • Training & Education: Conduct in-service training, workshops, and educational programs for healthcare professionals on the proper use, handling, and maintenance of TaeWoong medical devices.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical champions, and decision-makers within healthcare institutions to promote device adoption.
  • Clinical Research & Feedback: Participate in clinical research, trials, and evaluations to gather evidence and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge, ensuring feedback from end users (healthcare professionals) is considered to enhance product experiences.
  • Client Support: Understand client needs and provide solutions by addressing clinical questions and technical inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Event Participation: Attend and represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events, ensuring the company's products are effectively presented and promoting awareness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to support sales initiatives and respond to customer needs.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to effectively position TaeWoong products and ensure competitive differentiation.


Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related clinical field.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively explain complex clinical and technical information to diverse audiences.


Travel Requirement:

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (70%) and potentially outside the territory as needed.
