What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare/assist in preparing/coordinating presentations with clients and legal teams (this includes regular Townhall Meetings, ad hoc presentation of relevant developments in immigration law, and business reviews)
- Develop program initiatives to support the strategic direction of clients & T&S, and monitor their implementation across legal teams
- Work with legal teams to implement client-supporting processes and protocols, and coordinate with clients to improve/implement processes for more efficient workflow
- Coordinate with and support legal teams in planning for and implementing clients’ special projects (these may be recurring projects such as H-1B Cap, or ad hoc projects such as group international transfers)
- Run regular and ad hoc reports to assist in monitoring program health and managing day-to-day caseload
- Develop and maintain up-to-date central resource repository for legal teams
- Train and/or assist in training legal teams and new hires to ensure consistent practices
- Keep abreast of upcoming (or possible) changes in immigration procedures by the various government agencies, and ensure dissemination of such developments to legal teams, in coordination with T&S attorneys
- May be required to perform senior paralegal responsibilities as assigned
- Work with other Program Managers to identify and share issues, opportunities and lessons learnt
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of business immigration experience (both NIV & IV)
- 3-5 years of experience as a corporate immigration program manager in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience in program management approaches, tools, and phases of a project lifecycle
- Experience with reporting and technology to assist in facilitating client objectives (Excel, OneNote, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Proven track record of driving projects, preparing protocols, training, preparing and analyzing reports, serving as liaison between client contacts and attorneys to resolve case-related escalations.
- Ability to liaise with individuals across all levels & role; strong client facing experience
- Ability to maintain performance level in a fast-paced, agile work environment with shifting priority levels and deadlines
- Detail-oriented, organized, and energetic attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $108,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
