Responsibilities:
- Create exceptional customer experiences by building strong relationships and assisting clients in selecting the perfect vehicle.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Ford options, packages, and features to guide customers through their buying journey.
- Conduct professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations to showcase the latest Ford models.
- Follow up with prospects and buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
- Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, contributing to the success of our team.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing updates on objectives, planned activities, and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work Saturdays, with two days off (Sundays and Tuesdays or Wednesdays).
- Quick learner with a passion for staying up-to-date on new products and features.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and our team.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
- Clean driving record and willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
