Arlington Heights Ford/Tasca Auto seeking Full-time openings for talented and outgoing individuals to join our multi-location team as a Service BDC Representative. You will be responsible for handling service department calls, emails and leads while maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base. Full training available. Great opportunity! - Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.
- Contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times.
- Take incoming service calls.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.
- Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.
- Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into service department.
- Attend training as requested by manager.
- Follows script and instructions from a supervisor.

Compensation:
- $15 - $16.50 per hour
- Performance based monthly commissions
