Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: In-Person Clinic Occasional Home Care (1x/month)

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- MD from an accredited medical school.

- Licensed to practice medicine in New York State.

Preferred Experience:
- Background in advanced primary care, managed care, or startups.
- Expertise in population health and data-driven decision-making.
