Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and motivated RFID Training Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, deploying and managing employee training programs to ensure all staff members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively. This position is critical for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development in the RFID industry and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective training programs specific to the RFID industry:
- Create and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to the needs of various facility needs
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure relevance and compliance with industry standards
Conduct Training Needs Assessments:
- Work with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training opportunities
- Develop personalized training plans based on individual and team requirements
Coordinate Training Activities:
- Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and certifications
- Ensure training records are accurately documented and maintained
Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
- Collect feedback from employees and managers to assess training impact
- Recommend improvements to programs based on feedback and performance metrics
Compliance and Safety Training:
- Ensure all employees receive necessary compliance and safety training
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes
Support Onboarding Processes:
- Coordinate and deliver orientation programs for new hires
- Ensure new employees understand company policies, procedures, and job expectations
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: Previous experience in training specific skills on RFID equipment
Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Knowledge
Familiarity with RFID manufacturing processes and safety standards (3 years)
