What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Taglio OTR?
Taglio in OTR is looking for motivated servers to add to our team. Taglio is a fast-paced, high-volume bar and pizzeria with dine in, take-out and in-house delivery. [Part-time or full-time hours are available] and we are flexible when it comes to availability. Previous serving experience is necessary with an emphasis on quality of service, professionalism and the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
General Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests; take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess guest needs and preferences to make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections
- Restock and replenish all front of house supplies and service necessities
- Stay guest-focused and provide an excellent guest experience
- Uphold Taglio standards for service, quality and experience.
- Maintaining facility cleanliness and maintenance.
- Upholding the Taglio Culture
