Essential Functions :
Our Culinary Center is an operational center of excellence for food production, and our business is growing. We are searching for an Assistant Director of Operations to help lead all aspects of a multi-million dollar food production facility.
Essential Functions :
- Maintain exceptional standards of safety and professionalism
- Assists in overseeing day-to-day operations of the organization
- Supervise and manage employees by ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed, initiate ddisciplinary action and evaluate performance
- Promote a team environment and facilitate cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements
- Receive, verify, enter, and confirm purchase orders from customers
- Run any necessary reports for inventory, production, and sales
- Performs other realted duties as assigned by leadership
- Assists with receiving, verifying, entering, and confirming purchase orders from customers
- Collaborates with the operations team to maintain sufficient inventory to meet demand and order fulfillment
- Schedules logistics (transportation) for orders to be picked-up and delivered to customers
- Performs additional related duties as assigned by leadership
