What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Tahoe Padde Sports?
The operations manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations. They must have management experience and be willing to work any position. They will help with training, safety meetings, scheduling, willing to work long hours on occasion, deal with guests when needed and be sure employees are doing their operations.
Must have a clean driving record and be CPR certified.
Pay will be depending on experience. Bonus incentives for end of season.
The following will be needed for the position:
- Able to use excel and word
- Able to use booking software
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
- Willing to be sure that staff is trained and understands assignments
- Scheduling for staff
- Have positive working relationship with park staff
- Be willing to fill in where needed
- Lead by example with a positive outlook
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
