Looking for an opportunity to support the business development efforts for a nationally-recognized design-build firm? We're searching for a forward-thinking Business Development Manager (BDM) to play an integral part in building our clientele in the Southwest region.
Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing :
- Responsible for the strategic sales growth within the Southwest Region; forming strong business relationships with key decision makers, generating new business, developing client relationships within the Commercial / Corporate Office, Mission Critical, Food / Beverage, Chemical / Petrochemical, Power, Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, and Consumer goods markets.
- Filling project sales pipeline to achieve company financial goals.
- Assess existing market status and research new market opportunities.
- Developing new business opportunities and leads through research and consistent client / partner interactions.
- Track company-wide business opportunities and spearhead lead follow-up.
- Foster existing and establishing new business partnerships and client relationships.
- Coordinate and participate in conventions, conferences, and trade shows.
- Create and monitor documented sales processes for various projects and sales opportunities.
- Support proposal development by assisting with scope development, cost estimating and execution plan coordination.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and drive proposal award.
Communicate client needs throughout all project lifecycle phases.
