About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Site Experience Manager to support the eCommerce team to ensure timely execution of all site related projects across multiple brands. This role assists the team on various projects to help improve the overall site experience or enhance our internal tools. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Site Operations and works cross-functionally with the Merchandise, Creative Services, and Production teams.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Coordinates project work-flow from various cross-functional partners, project manage and ensure all projects launch on time.
- Performs competitive analysis from best-in-class retailers to come up with recommendations that improve customer experience and drive business growth
- Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly analysis on business results, and using data to support site improvement ideas
- Updates, maintains and communicates project delivery schedules, and collaborates with multiple cross-functional partners to move projects forward in a timely fashion
- Writes meaningful project briefs that provide clear, concise direction for cross-functional teams, primarily Creative and Front-End Developer partners, to execute those briefs to meet business requirements
- Maintains scheduling of all approved site assets and promotions before they are deployed on the site as part of the review process to ensure that the right creative/messaging shows up at the prescribed times on-site
- Performs nightly and daily site audits to ensure accuracy of site content and user experience.
- Works with manager to develop site asset performance reporting. Use web analytics to make data-driven and/or informed decisions or recommend insightful actions that affect shopping & navigational experience
- Participates in pre & post UAT process for all new site enhancements with eCommerce and cross functional teams
- Supports implementation and coordination of A/B optimization testing
- Supports other eCommerce initiatives or projects, as assigned
- Maintains historical creative to support future initiatives.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- 1 years of experience in eCommerce in the apparel industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering high quality work under tight timelines
- Very detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain organization
- Work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate ability to work well in a fast-moving environment and react quickly under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management platforms, including JIRA, Figma, Adobe Workfront.
- Prefer some experience with Google Analytics

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin California office or Remote.

The starting salary for this position is $48,700 – 70,000 and may increase to $85,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
