About the Job
We currently have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Facilities Specialist ll – Temp to join our Store Facilities team. Facilities Specialists perform and coordinate administrative, technical, and professional work-related support to our stores. They facilitate and schedule maintenance and repairs for all leased locations, coordinating with landlords, property managers and outsourced service providers for electrical, HVAC, mechanical / plumbing, general maintenance, janitorial, and building inspections. This is a remote temporary position through the end of the year.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Schedule, manage and oversee work orders for stores.
- Review and reply to emails in a timely fashion.
- Manage work orders to ensure the work is getting done in a timely fashion.
- Review proposals from vendors to ensure pricing is in line with the scope of work.
- Track and follow warranties for stores to guarantee we are not paying for work that is under warranty.
- Address and resolve any vendor related issues.
- Maintain and update Accruent (Web based software system).
- Read leases to ensure work is not the Landlords responsibility and to get approval if needed to perform work.

- Customer Service driven – must be positive, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Be able to handle a high call volume.
- Strong background in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask.
- General administrative and clerical skills
- Possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication and people skills.
- Must possess and exhibit an impeccable work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
- Able to function as a resource and a proactive team member with the Facilities Department.
- Be adaptable to change and open to take on new projects whenever presented.
- Be able to manage projects and meet deadlines.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates from a remote office location.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.44 - $27.00. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
