About the Job
We currently have an exciting temporary opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, service-minded individual to join our fast-paced company as a Temporary Sales Audit Specialist supporting our Sales Audit team. This is a temporary position for a duration of eight months. Position will be remote.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Perform a range of accounting duties as requested to provide efficient and effective support to the Sales Audit team.
- Reconciliation of Daily Cash Deposits and Daily Credit Card Transactions using Blackline.
- Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations (cash, credit card, etc.)
- Assist with the Sales Audit email inbox and support stores as needed.
- Send business correspondence to internal and external customers related to Sales Audit issues, missing deposits, etc.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Willing to acquire job skills and learn policies and procedures to complete tasks and new processes.
- Ability to work well receiving detailed instructions working under close supervision.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and motivation to perform repetitive tasks.
- Effective time-management and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to maintain a sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time and operate computer equipment.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from a remote office location.
The hourly rate for this position is $16.44 – $26.63. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
