About this role:

We currently have an opening for a Visual Print and Production Manager to join our Visual Merchandising team. This person will be responsible for managing the workflow of visual designs for print, ensuring schedules and budgets are adhered to. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects across several brands, and seasons at one time.  This role will be responsible for coordinating print/production orders, in a fast-paced environment where work ranges from designing to printing small signage, to fabrication of complex sign assemblies. This individual must have a continuous improvement mindset, finding and implementing efficiencies to improve ROI. This role is based in Dublin and reports to the Director of Visual Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages a wide range of marketing materials across print, and physical mediums, including signage, sales collateral, and promotional prints.
  • Build and maintain creative assets library including logos, photos, and graphic resources.
  • Partners with Visual managers in each brand to identify and distribute proper visual assets to every store.
  • Manages relationships with print vendors and ensures quality print production and attends press checks.
  • Collaborate with teams to create well designed, purpose-driven visuals and materials that support sales efforts, improve brand recognition, and elevate our brand story.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while hitting budgets and meeting deadlines
  • Partner with procurement to optimize budget and materials
  • Follow best practices, participate in strategy discussions and provide input towards improved solutions
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time and aligns with project timelines and goals by communicating project requirements and receiving feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design or related field.
  • 5 years proven experience in print production, portfolio a plus.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including pre and postproduction.
  • Excellent proficiency in print production software and relevant technology.
  • Well-developed experience editing images (retouch, manipulate) as needed for various projects using editing software (Photoshop).
  • Effective communication skills, with internal and external business partners at all levels.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands 

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time 
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily 
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally 
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment 
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from both office and remote locations
  • Position is based in our Dublin, California office.                   
  • Up to 15-20% travel which includes market trips, industry conventions and other events, and other specific travel as designated.

The starting salary for this position is $76,398-$101,847 and may increase to $127,296 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
