📍 Location: Hybrid – Columbus, OH (Remote for training)
💰 Pay Rate: $19/hour (Paid Weekly)
📅 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
📆 Assignment Length: 6-12 months (Contract-to-Hire based on performance)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships? We’re hiring Solutions Center Representatives to support members, partners, and financial professionals by handling inquiries, resolving account concerns, and educating customers on plan benefits.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Handle inbound calls from members, partners, and financial professionals
✅ Provide expert guidance on policy changes, benefits, and financial implications
✅ Maintain records and use insights to enhance customer relationships
✅ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
✅ Strive for first-call resolution and collaborate on escalated cases when needed
✅ Engage in career development and goal-setting sessions
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education: High school diploma required; Degree in finance, business, insurance, economics, or communications preferred
📞 Experience: 1 year in customer service or sales
💡 Skills:
- Knowledge of insurance products and the sales process
- Understanding of legal implications of product features across different states
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Computer proficiency
Additional Details:
✅ Hybrid Role – 4 weeks of remote training then T/Th/F WFH & M/W in-office (1000 Yard Street, Building H, Grandview Heights, OH 43212)
