Location : San Francisco, CA (Remote)
Duration : 06-month contract (with possible extension)

Job Description :
Proven experience leading and managing complex technical projects from conception to completion. Strong track record in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana. Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. Skilled in developing detailed project plans and managing risks. Proficient in resource coordination and maintaining project quality standards. Experience in vendor management and continuous improvement of project management processes. Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment towards common program goals.
Skills :

Expertise in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery
Proficient in resource coordination, efficiently allocating and managing resources to support project teams
Experience in overseeing project quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes
Ability to drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies
Skilled in generating and maintaining project forecasts, monitoring actualization, and analysing resource needs
Experience in vendor management, ensuring effective collaboration with external partners
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve impediments, providing status reports at multiple levels
Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to mitigate dependencies and promote continuous integration and delivery
Experienced in ensuring alignment and synchronization of multiple teams towards common program goals
