Title : Operations Associate Analyst
Location : Bloomfield, CT, 06152(100% Onsite)
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm EST
Initial Assignment Length : 12 Months (Extension is possible based on performance, attendance, and business need)

Pay Rate : $19.33-$28.95 / Hour

Duties :
- Contributes to the Operations Management job family in a support capacity.
- Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
- Performs routine assignments and provides technical and / or operational support to projects and programs.
- Completes tasks related to shipping, Quality assessment and packing materials, and ensures all requests are timely and accurately distributed to correct colleagues.
- Ensure that production levels and targets are achieved, and effective processing controls are in place.
- Supervised by leadership but possesses ability to work under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
- Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Business Management.
