Location : Morris Plains, NJ - Onsite

Pay Rate : $25 to $35 / hour (paid weekly)

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST

ssignment Length : 6-month contract with potential for extension / conversion pending performance, attendance, and business need.

Job Profile Summary :

The Product Management Advisor is responsible for supporting the Medicare Prescription Payment Program (M3P). This position will ensure responsibility of monitoring processes and triaging potential issues within these products. Assists in developing, documenting and analyzing the process and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot client and internal inquiries.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
• Provide leadership with specific recommendations and justifications.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and teams.
• Work with third-party software to resolve election form and member check exception processes.
• Manage internal reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Document policies and procedures.
• Manage cross-functional M3P projects and deliverables.
• Triage client eligibility issues.
