We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in managing coordination and program mgmt. aspects of client and company projects.
This team is seeking a dedicated resource to manage our comprehensive onboarding program for 500 Infra and Ranking Monetization engineers, handling logistics, attendance tracking, calendar invites, and speaker coordination.
We're on the cutting edge of AI and machine learning, using advanced infrastructure to drive innovation.
With the addition of 500 new engineers, we're excited to accelerate our progress and enhance our capabilities.
Our goal is to create even more personalized and effective ad experiences for our users, and we're looking for talented individuals to help us achieve this vision.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate schedules and deadlines for all deliverables
Monitor team progress and provide updates to management
Assist in preparing progress and planning documentation as needed
Attend client and staff meetings related to project
Report progress, challenges and roadblocks to leadership
Maintain accurate records and reports of all projects
Requirements :
3-5 years of administrative and tools like G suite experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a team environment
Computer operating knowledge and interest
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous project coordination experience
Experience with new hire onboarding programs, specifically bootcamp-style training
Experience with program management, including large-scale training sessions and educational programs
Technical and leadership communication skills, including strong written communication abilities
Must Have Skills :
New hire onboarding through a specialized bootcamp program
Program management of large-scale coaching sessions
Development and implementation of large-scale education programs
Design and delivery of comprehensive training programs
Nice to Have Skills :
Proven experience working with large groups of technical professionals, including managing teams at big tech companies
Ability to adapt to a multi-skilled role that requires flexibility and versatility
Strong interpersonal skills to cater to the diverse needs and backgrounds of onboarding attendees, providing tailored support and guidance to ensure their success
