We are now looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP) of IT to join our executive management team and lead our technology vision, AI deployment, ERP transformation, and cybersecurity initiatives at an enterprise level.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned IT professional who can align technology with business strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage AI to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
IT Leadership & Strategy : Define and execute Medivant’s enterprise technology roadmap , ensuring that IT drives business efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
ERP Deployment & Optimization : Lead and optimize enterprise-wide ERP implementation (Must have led ERP deployments at one of the last three companies).
Microsoft Enterprise Infrastructure : Oversee Azure, Office 365, Active Directory , and other critical IT infrastructure.
AI & Automation Deployment : Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity, automate processes, and improve decision-making.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management : Ensure Medivant’s IT environment is secure, compliant, and resilient by working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with operations, finance, sales, and supply chain teams to integrate technology solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
Scalability & Digital Transformation : Lead the development of B2B eCommerce solutions , data-driven decision-making tools, and scalable IT systems that support our rapid growth.
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor an internal IT team of at least five professionals , ensuring high performance and alignment with business priorities.
Vendor & Budget Management : Optimize IT spending, manage third-party technology partners , and ensure cost-effective, high-performance solutions.
