Job Title: HR Generalist – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Location: Chandler & Deer Valley
Salary Range: $45K – $50K Annually
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings: 9:00AM – 05:00PM 1/2 lunch or 8:30AM – 05:00PM with 1 hour lunch

Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training. This role will support HR operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and ensure adherence to FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action regulations.
- Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as FDA and OSHA regulations.
- Assist the HRD on investigations related to workplace conflicts, employee complaints, or policy violations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Performance Management & Development
- Support the HRD on creating performance appraisal process and assist managers with employee development plans.
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance and employee skill development.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and employee inquiries.
- Process biweekly payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee data.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs and recognition efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or FDA-regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Laws & Compliance: Strong understanding of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, etc.) and HR best practices.
- Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS (preferred ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters confidentially.
- Must be bilingual
