About the Role
As an HR Generalist at The Blackhawk Group, you will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent development for assigned client groups. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving employee issues, ensuring policy adherence, and driving organizational initiatives. You will collaborate closely with managers and employees to support business goals and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Location : this job will be located onsite in North Phoenix.
- Client groups : will include facilities in Glendale AZ and Camarillo CA. Periodic travel to client group facilities will be required.
