Client Service Coordinator
Suffolk County Insurance Agency is looking to hire an outgoing team member who has strong communication and administrative abilities and is ready to learn new skills each day working alongside seasoned professionals. This position is for full time work, no evenings or weekends required. Prior experience in Personal Lines Insurance is required, minimum 1 year. Salary is based on years of experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities will include:
-Supply outstanding customer service in a friendly and helpful style both on the phone and in person
-Process customer payments
-Handle policy change requests
-Provide evidence of insurance
-Record all customer transactions in agency management system
-Build strong client relationships solidifying retention and product loyalty
-Be open for growth in the insurance industry
